BSW Alouette are a leading timber engineering company based in Ramsgate, Kent. We offer innovative off site construction solutions based on the principles of system integration, healthy living and environmental sustainability, along with fully engineered roof and floor systems.
BSW Alouette offers a structural building envelope that addresses the issues of thermal performance and air permeability as well as durability, fire protection, sound transmission, whole house ventilation and energy recovery. We also collaborate on whole house design, energy performance modelling, environmental impact assessment and supply chain integration.
We were commissioned to design and build the main online identity of BSW Alouette - www.bswalouette.co.uk. The core element of the brief was to combine usability, accessibility and good quality content with a strong visual identity.
The website is built using standards compliant XHTML and CSS, and is powered by a custom-developed PHP and MySQL content management system.
